145 EAST 22ND STREET ![]() This symmetrically massed Colonial Revival apartment house is divided into two sections, each with an unusual pedimented roofline. At street level the sections are joined together by the entranceway with its handsome Colonial-inspired enframement with broken segmental-arched pediment and its doors crowned by a leaded transom. The red brick building was planned to house 47 families on six floors. | ![]() 37 38 40 44 45 60 1 Gramercy Park Hotel Park Gramercy Church Missions House New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children United Charities Building Manhattan Trade School for Girls Gramercy Arms Sage House Family Court Building Children's Court 145 Gustavus Adolphus Swedish Lutheran Church Parish House Lexington Miss E.L.
