NO. 104 EAST 17TH STREET c.1848 Chronologically, this is the last Greek Revival rowhouse in the proposed district. This brick house retains its original brownstone entrance enframement and iron stoop railing. The galvanized-iron cornice and window lintels are, however, in the Renaissance Revival style and were probably added in the early 20th century.
