Chronologically, this is the last Greek Revival rowhouse in the proposed district. This brick house retains its original brownstone entrance enframement and iron stoop railing. The galvanized-iron cornice and window lintels are, however, in the Renaissance Revival style and were probably added in the early 20th century.
